The 70th Anniversary expression brought Don Julio into the cristalino category. Charcoal filtration after aging strips the amber color and some of the heavier tannins that extended oak contact produces, leaving the vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit character while making the spirit lighter and more elegant on the palate. The result is a tequila with the depth of an añejo at the visual clarity of a blanco. The 50ml 10-pack format makes it easy to sample or share across a group.
