The Yamazaki Distillery, founded in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii at the confluence of three rivers south of Kyoto, is Japan’s oldest malt distillery. The 12-Year combines the three signature cask types of the Suntory program for a balanced, complex pour at an approachable age statement.
