Description
Hand-painted ceramic decanter. 1,000 decanters worldwide. The 25th Anniversary Limited Edition from Clase Azul — commemorating a quarter century of Mexico’s most recognizable ultra-premium tequila and the artisan ceramic tradition at the heart of the brand’s identity.
Clase Azul was founded in 1997 in Santa Maria Canchesdé, Oaxaca, with the mission of creating the finest artisan tequilas in Mexico. The brand’s defining characteristic is the hand-painted ceramic decanter — each bottle produced by artisans in the Purépecha indigenous community of Santa Maria Canchesdé, a region with over 1,000 years of ceramic tradition. No two Clase Azul ceramics are exactly alike; each is hand-painted and fired individually. The bottles are as collectible as the tequila they contain.
The 25th Anniversary edition commemorates this founding heritage with 1,000 individually numbered decanters — an extremely limited production run for a brand that already limits quantities across its entire lineup. The liquid is an extra añejo drawn from the most exceptional agave stocks in Clase Azul’s program, aged longer than the standard expressions, and presented in a decanter specifically designed to mark 25 years of the brand’s artisan legacy.
