Description
Cincoro Anejo is aged 24–28 months in American white oak in an underground cellar — the flagship expression of the Cincoro tequila program, founded by five NBA team owners including Michael Jordan. Produced from a blend of highland and lowland 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, double-distilled in small batches to combine the fruitier sweetness of highland agave with the earthier herbaceous character of lowland agave.
The highland/lowland blend is Cincoro’s production differentiator. Most ultra-premium tequilas source exclusively from either highland Los Altos or lowland Tequila Valley. The blended approach produces a more complex base spirit, and the 24–28 month underground cellar aging develops pronounced vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit character.
